Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, controlling, and billing medical authorization forms for surgeries and procedures, ensuring prompt release. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and control of medical authorization forms 2. Communication with medical and administrative teams 3. Support to the billing department and production control Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM; Break: 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM \- Monday to Friday Salary: R$1\.496,30 + R$306,60 hygiene allowance \= R$1\.800,00 Benefits: Transportation voucher Urgent hiring needed for a professional to monitor, control, and bill surgery and procedure authorization forms, ensuring timely release with health insurance providers and partner hospitals. · Completed high school education (preferably currently studying or graduated in administration or healthcare); · Intermediate computer skills (Excel and health insurance systems); · Prior experience with medical authorizations. Responsibilities · Receive, verify, and register requests and surgery/procedure authorization forms; · Daily follow-up on pending authorization forms, contacting the responsible department or directly contacting health insurance providers to ensure timely billing and release; · Update internal spreadsheets and systems with request status; · Maintain communication with medical and administrative teams regarding authorization progress; · Provide support to the billing department and production control as needed.
