As a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * Management of promoter teams focused on results (development and monitoring); * Development and implementation of tactical actions with a focus on execution excellence and ROI; * Analysis, continuous review, and updating of coverage (promoters vs. stores served); * Control of POS materials (inventory/requests/shipping); * Close collaboration with the Sales team; * Organization and participation in monthly promoter and sales meetings; * Building and developing relationships with customers and internal partners; * Regional knowledge and field presence; * Monitoring and tracking of performance indicators (presence, stockouts, sell-out, product visibility, perfect store); * Development of regional customer service strategy; * Budget management; * Development of support/incentive initiatives for the promoter team. Requirements: * Must reside in the region; * Proven experience in Merchandising; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with sell-out tools and technological aptitude; * Initiative, strong communication skills, and creativity; * Experience in trade marketing is a plus; * Valid Category B driver's license and personal vehicle. Compensation: * Meal Voucher (VR): * Mileage reimbursement: R$0.60 per km + depreciation: R$0.40 per km. * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
