




Job Summary: Sebratel is seeking an analytical and strategic Commercial Analyst to join its team, working with data to support sales and commercial performance. Key Highlights: 1. Support for sales teams and commercial back-office. **Sebratel, a reference company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join its team!** If you are analytical, enjoy working with data, and wish to take on a strategic role supporting sales teams and commercial performance, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily performance of sales channels, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities; * Monitor coverage indicators for field teams; * Consolidate and distribute commercial information (campaigns, targets, announcements) to sales teams; * Track individual and collective targets and results; * Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, especially between the sales and installation stages; * Support initiatives to recover lost sales or incomplete proposals; * Monitor campaign and promotion performance, suggesting adjustments based on results; * Monitor early cancellation (churn) indicators and propose corrective actions; * Track and analyze conversion rates by channel (internal sales, PAP, PDV); * Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for customer service and installation; * Evaluate the efficiency of field sales representatives’ routing; * Conduct performance analyses and prepare strategic reports; * Monitor SLAs for registration and validation of sales in the commercial back-office (BKO); * Track individual and cell-level productivity in the BKO; * Evaluate customer retention performance. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced formulas); * Ability to interpret sales, conversion, churn, SLA, and productivity metrics; * Experience with sales funnel and customer journey; * Familiarity with commercial back-office routines, registration validation, and sales support; * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and commercial management tools. * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, etc.) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM. **Attention**: This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in or near that region.
