Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising electrical distribution activities, managing teams, and implementing processes to ensure quality and safety. Analyze performance indicators and manage the area's budget Requirements: \- Reside in and/or be available to relocate to Rio Grande; \- Proven experience in the electrical sector and people management; \- Driver's License Category B Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical distribution activities in compliance with contracts established with the power utility; • Manage and develop technical teams, promoting training and operational efficiency; • Implement and monitor processes to ensure service quality and safety; • Analyze and report performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements to operations; • Coordinate execution of installation, maintenance, and renovation projects for electrical networks, ensuring compliance with technical standards; • Maintain constant communication with the power utility to ensure alignment and reporting on performed activities; • Manage the area's budget and resources (DRE), control costs, and optimize investments to achieve targets and gross operational results.
