Job Summary: Coordinate and lead field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of pavement and public road construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Direct field operations in team leadership. 2. Supervision of maintenance, conservation, and repair services. 3. Ensuring safety and hygiene at workplaces. **GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – PAVEMENT AND PUBLIC ROADS** Direct field involvement, leading teams and ensuring safe and efficient project execution. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and oversee pavement crews working on public roads and highways. * Supervise maintenance, conservation, and repair services. * Organize and monitor work fronts and traffic restoration. * Monitor machine and equipment operations. * Prepare daily activity reports. * Ensure proper use of PPE, collective protective equipment, and safety signage. * Maintain appropriate hygiene and comfort conditions at living sites. **Requirements** * Experience in pavement and road maintenance projects. * Proven experience leading operational teams. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. * Willingness to work on-site. **Salary** * To be negotiated **Benefits** * To be determined according to company policy. **Interested candidates must submit their resumes and indicate availability for immediate start.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Commuter allowance
