Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise on-site operational activities. Organize daily routines for field teams. Ensure execution of activities in accordance with design plans and schedules. Collaborate closely with the project’s responsible engineer. Monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to construction processes. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** Qualifications Experience in residential construction projects. Knowledge of reading and interpreting execution drawings. Experience managing operational construction teams. Strong organizational and field routine control capabilities. Willingness to work in Santana do Livramento – RS. Desired Profile Disciplined and results-oriented profile. Strong sense of responsibility. Good ability to resolve day-to-day issues on construction sites. Leadership and team guidance skills.
