Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise operational activities on construction sites. Organize daily routines for field teams. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and schedules. Work closely with the site engineer. Monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to construction processes. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** Requirements Experience in residential construction projects. Knowledge of reading and interpreting execution drawings. Experience managing operational construction teams. Strong organizational and field routine control skills. Availability to work in Santana do Livramento – RS.
