Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment by performing general repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Repairs to gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting. Ensuring the preservation of equipment and facilities. \*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. Proficiency in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* BRL 2,000 \+ 20% Hazard Pay \*Meal Allowance:\* BRL 250.00 (after 3 months) \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* BRL 250.00 * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance Target Program: Performance-based bonuses every 6 months. \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; shift timing to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shift Timing:\* Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* BR\-158, 98 \- Nossa Sra.
