Direct involvement in preventive and corrective maintenance **Adservi is hiring a Maintenance Assistant.** We seek a dedicated, organized, and proactive professional with strong ability to resolve simple repair requests and support local conservation routines, to work at a public institution. **Required Qualities:** – Organization and careful handling of tools – Performs **electrical, hydraulic, painting, and masonry maintenance** – Ability to identify minor repair needs – Directly involved in **preventive and corrective maintenance** **Job Requirements:** – Prior experience in building maintenance is a plus – Basic knowledge of minor repairs (electrical, hydraulic, masonry, or painting) – Availability to work during the scheduled hours – Ability to perform physical tasks compatible with the role – Attention to inspection, conservation, and operational support routines Working Hours: 07:30\-12:00/13:12\-17:30, Monday to Friday. Salary: R$1\.700,95 Food Allowance: R$115,00 Hazard Pay: R$700,00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.988,00 \- R$2\.605,00 per month Work Location: On-site
