**Internal Sales Executive (Phone-Based)** – Porto Alegre/RS It will be a pleasure to meet you! **A bit more about the main responsibilities:** Manage an existing customer portfolio, focusing on relationship building and retention; Prospect new customers to expand the commercial base; prospect from the existing database; Conduct technical phone sales, understanding each customer’s specific needs; Prepare customized commercial proposals and quotations based on identified requirements; Forward orders for credit analysis and invoicing; Maintain post\-sale contact to ensure customer satisfaction; Make 35 to 40 active calls per day; Use CRM tools and internal systems to record and track activities.
