Job Summary: Professional to technically develop the team, ensure the quality of tax calculations, engage in tax planning, and implement process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in tax planning and process optimization 2. Team coordination and development of improvements in tax calculation processes 3. Technical support to various departments and pursuit of industry best practices RESPONSIBILITIES: * Technically develop the team; * Ensure quality and standardization of the Tax Calculation Process (Standards/Investigation and resolution of failures); * Review ICMS/IPI tax calculations (EFD); * Provide conditions and encourage/coordinate development of improvements in tax calculation processes and systems; * Engage in Tax Planning, including responding to tax audits; * Monitor and implement changes in Tax Legislation; * Maximize departmental resources, pursuing productivity and cost reduction; * Participate in and/or coordinate Working Groups and Projects involving other company departments; * Provide technical support to other company departments; * Ensure compliance with internal and external audits; * Pursue industry best practices; * Ability to strategically contribute to project presentations, process optimization, and decision-making support. REQUISITOS: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting; * Experience with indirect taxes; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * SAP knowledge is desirable; * Knowledge of tax matters at federal, state, and municipal levels, and familiarity with Tax Reform.
