




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, agile, and attentive Dining and Kitchen Assistant to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain an orderly kitchen and dining area, and attend to guests. Requires skills in plating and customer service **Description:** We are looking for a professional to join our team as a *Dining and Kitchen Assistant*, *preparing and serving* breakfast, and *keeping the kitchen and dining area orderly* during breakfast service and for the following day. Therefore, we need someone who is **organized, agile, and attentive to guests’ and buffet needs**. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare breakfast; \- Serve and ensure that nothing runs out at the buffet; \- Open the breakfast dining area each morning; \- Greet and assist customers in the dining area; \- Collect dirty dishes from tables and place them onto the trolley; \- Maintain workplace equipment, tableware, and machinery; \- Prepare cakes, savory snacks, and fruit and cold-cut trays for the next day; \- Close the breakfast dining area; \- Handle food responsibly; \- Wash, dry, and store tableware; \- Clean the kitchen; \- Clean juice machines and other equipment. **Requirements:** \- ***Owning a personal vehicle is a plus*** \- Completed high school education; \- Skills in plating and food preparation; \- Organizational ability; \- Ethical conduct; \- Agility; \- Proactivity; \- Customer service skills; \- Commitment to guests and their needs; \- Interpersonal skills; \- Teamwork; \- Flexible availability.
