The professional will be responsible for comprehensive project oversight, ensuring planning, execution, and quality of projects. Main Responsibilities Manage and oversee vertical construction projects from inception to handover. Coordinate operational teams and field activities. Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and productivity on construction sites. Plan and control construction processes and execution schedules. Lead team management with approximately 30 or more employees. Monitor production indicators and project progress. **Requirements:** Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience as a responsible engineer for construction projects. Completion of at least two full construction projects. Experience in on-site team management. Willingness to relocate to Santana do Livramento – RS. Preferred Qualifications Experience with projects under the "Minha Casa Minha Vida" (My House My Life) program. Knowledge of concrete wall construction systems. Experience with aluminum formwork and serial concrete pouring.
