Guarantee of deadlines, quality, and productivity **Job Description:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer to manage vertical construction projects in Santana do Livramento – RS. The professional will be responsible for full project oversight, ensuring planning, execution, and quality of construction projects. Main Responsibilities Manage and supervise vertical construction projects from inception to delivery. Coordinate operational teams and field activities. Ensure compliance with project deadlines, quality standards, and productivity targets. Plan and control construction processes and execution schedules. Lead team management involving approximately 30 or more employees. Monitor production indicators and project progress. **Requirements:** Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience as a responsible engineer on construction projects. Must have participated in the delivery of at least 2 completed construction projects. Experience in on-site team management. Willingness to relocate to Santana do Livramento – RS. Preferred Qualifications Experience with projects under the "Minha Casa Minha Vida" (My House My Life) program. Knowledge of concrete wall construction systems. Experience with aluminum formwork and serial concrete pouring. Additional Information **Salary Range:** between R$ 17\.000 and R$ 18\.000, negotiable based on experience.
