Proposal of cost reduction and alternative execution methods We are looking for a **PJ Engineering Analyst focused on Operations** to join our team. *‍ ️‍ ️* Please review the job description below and apply immediately if you match the profile. **Profile we seek:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience working in technical offices and on construction sites with physical-financial control, measurements, and contract management support; * Practical experience in construction execution monitoring, schedule control, and indicator analysis; * Solid knowledge of construction execution and management; reading and coordination of architectural, structural, and complementary projects; experience in preparation and management of construction budgets, including cost composition and feasibility analysis; preparation and verification of calculation memoranda; experience in preparation and analysis of contract addenda; preparation of contract adjustments, with proficiency in applicable indices and calculation memoranda; * Experience with Informakon system is a plus. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Critical analysis of construction budgets; * Preparation of executive construction budgets, including cost composition and quantity take-offs; * Analysis and coordination of projects; * Implementation of budgetary changes in the Informakon system; * Preparation of calculation memoranda; * Technical and economic feasibility studies for construction projects; * Proposal of cost reduction and alternative execution methods; * Issuance of technical documents, including ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation); * Monitoring of physical and contractual deadlines; * Preparation of contract adjustments; * Preparation of technical projects, where applicable. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * *Birthday day off.*
