Thus, we believe in developing our employees’ capabilities and empowering them to collectively create outstanding products and experiences, transforming how people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution, ensuring adherence to physical-financial schedules; * Ensure compliance with executive project documents, descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, and current civil construction regulations; * Manage in-house and third-party teams, promoting high standards of quality, productivity, safety, and site organization; * Monitor and control the quality of executed services and applied materials, aligned with technical and finishing standards required for mid- to high-end developments; * Identify, address, and correct technical and construction non-conformities, proposing effective solutions; * Control construction costs, seeking resource optimization without compromising final product quality; * Update and monitor physical-financial progress of the project, reporting schedule or cost deviations and risks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in mid- and/or high-end residential construction projects; * Experience reading and interpreting executive project drawings, coordination documents, and quality control procedures; * Knowledge of planning, schedule monitoring, and physical-financial control of construction projects; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with strong attention to detail and construction quality; * Leadership ability, strong communication skills, and proficiency in managing teams and suppliers. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will enjoy: * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Meal voucher or food allowance * Health and dental insurance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Life insurance * Partnerships with educational institutions; commerce, wellness, and other sectors.
