Experience in budgeting and material lists **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FROM 08:30 AM TO 12:00 PM AND FROM 01:00 PM TO 03:30 PM. **Position Type:** Internship **Required Courses:** CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY OR CIVIL ENGINEERING PROGRAM. AUTOCAD, OFFICE SUITE, EXCEL SPREADSHEETS. **Experience:** PREPARING BUDGETS, CREATING MATERIAL LISTS AND MANAGING PROCUREMENT, MONITORING CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS VIA ON-SITE VISITS, PHONE CALLS, WHATSAPP, AND EMAIL, MAINTAINING CLIENT COMMUNICATION, OVERSEEING FIELD STAFF ACTIVITIES ON-SITE AND BY PHONE, COORDINATING WITH SUPPLIERS, AND OBTAINING PRICE QUOTATIONS..
