This person will work closely with internal departments, helping transform strategic information and messages into clear, relevant, and consistent communications—always aligned with our culture, values, and business challenges. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment—participating in initiatives that strengthen internal dialogue, foster engagement, and connect people with the company’s strategy. * Support the creation and execution of internal communication actions (campaigns, announcements, social posts, bulletin boards, intranet, emails, digital signage, etc.); * Draft and adapt content for different audiences and internal channels; * Support planning and management of the internal communications editorial calendar; * Support culture, engagement, and internal event initiatives; * Analyze requests and information from internal departments to produce clear and effective communications; * Manage and update internal communication channels, monitoring metrics such as reach, engagement, active users, satisfaction surveys, among others; * Work with communication, audiovisual, and event vendors and partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields—or currently pursuing one; * Strong writing and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop in the field of communications; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Basic knowledge of communication and design tools (Microsoft Office suite, Canva, CapCut, among others—considered a plus). **Additional Information** Medical and Hospital Insurance Dental Insurance Ifood Benefits Wellhub Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Life Insurance Hybrid Work Model Day Off **But what exactly is Valid?** We are an integrator of secure identification solutions for people, journeys, and transactions.
