Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Sciences professional to perform complex reconciliations, monthly and annual accounting closings, and balance sheet consolidation within a collaborative environment. We seek motivated professionals who embrace challenges, possess strong business acumen, and are oriented toward identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform complex accounting reconciliations and classifications, complying with standards (CPC, NBC, and current legislation); * Monthly and annual accounting closings; * Consolidation of balance sheets and financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, explanatory notes); * Knowledge required to fulfill ancillary accounting obligations (ECD, ECF); * Review journal entries and system configurations; * Provide technical support to junior staff and interns; * Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of accounting processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; * Proficiency in reconciling complex balance sheet accounts; * Experience with accounting systems and ERPs; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Active CRC registration is a plus; **Competencies and Skills:** * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity in problem-solving; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Sense of urgency and focus on deadlines; * Ability to guide and support other team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in accounting firms and managing multiple CNPJs; * Experience with companies under the presumed profit and real profit taxation regimes; * Knowledge of international standards (IFRS); * Familiarity with automation of accounting routines. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration + VT (TRI card) + VA/VR (R$34.10 per workday) * Life Insurance * Gym benefit * SESC partnership * Health Plan – Doctor Clin * Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break), Monday through Friday.
