Prepare and issue complex invoices and fiscal notes (import/export, public agencies, special regimes). Calculate and assess taxes and fees (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS), considering legislation and healthcare sector specifics. Manage electronic transmission of invoices and fiscal notes, monitoring delivery and receipt. Analyze and maintain customer, partner, product, and service master data. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to billing processes for greater efficiency and automation. Provide specialized support and service to internal and external customers regarding billing, taxes, and returns. Maintain organized records and prepare periodic management and tax reports. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, IT). Previous experience as a Collections Specialist, Billing Assistant, Financial Analyst, or Billing Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
