With a qualified team, the company stands out for quality and efficiency in customer service. **Responsibilities:** Develop, consolidate, and monitor budgets and their respective revisions. Perform monthly comparisons between actual results and budgeted amounts, identifying reasons for variances in revenues, costs, and expenses, and proposing corrective action plans. Prepare and review managerial financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and deliver monthly performance presentations to Administrative Management and the Executive Board. Assist in creating and analyzing financial and operational performance indicators (e.g., Gross Margin, EBITDA, ROI, Working Capital) using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Grafana. Support monthly closing activities, ensuring proper allocation of costs and expenses by cost center and business unit. Analyze cost composition, pricing, and contribution margin of products and services. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize internal processes. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Controller Specialist, Cost Analyst, or Controller Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
