Cost Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to work in the cost area, contributing to strategic analyses and supporting financial decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Support in analyzing productive losses and cost impacts We are looking for an analytical, organized, and committed professional to work in the cost area, directly contributing to strategic analyses and supporting the company's financial decision-making. We seek someone with attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ease working with KPIs, managerial reports, and budget monitoring. Main Responsibilities: * Calculate and analyze fixed, variable, and indirect costs; * Develop selling price structures; * Analyze contribution margin by product; * Monitor budgets (budget and forecast); * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted); * Support preparation and analysis of income statements (DRE); * Develop managerial reports and financial KPIs; * Support analyses of productive losses and cost impacts across processes; * Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate financial information. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in cost management; * Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and pricing; * Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * ERP system knowledge; * Experience with financial KPIs and managerial reporting; * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
