MATERIAL ORGANIZATION: Organize tools, PPEs, and materials at the beginning and end of operations. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION: Assist in installing hardware, splice closures, and cable routing. FIELD SUPERVISION: Accompany technicians during field visits, ensuring necessary support. FIELD DOCUMENTATION: Complete basic field records and assist with photographic documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of optical networks and external infrastructure. Familiarity with manual tools and PPEs. Ability to follow technical instructions from supervisors and technicians. Capability to perform operational tasks safely. Proactivity and physical fitness for outdoor activities. Team spirit and collaboration with field colleagues. Punctuality, responsibility, and care for equipment. Interest in continuous technical learning.
