Join\-Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operational activities at the polymetallic mineral processing and Paste Fill plant during work shifts. * Ensure achievement of production targets with focus on safety, quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability. * Oversee final filtration stages, operating and monitoring ANDRITZ-type filters. * Ensure proper management of tailings and filtrates according to environmental and performance standards. * Lead and guide the shift-based operational team, promoting technical and behavioral development. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations, as well as quality and sustainability guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Mining, Production, Metallurgy, or related fields; * Proven experience operating mineral processing plants, preferably polymetallic ones; * Experience with industrial filters, especially ANDRITZ, METSO, and filter presses; * Experience managing shift-based teams; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to read and interpret operational indicators (KPIs); * Availability to work under a 4x4 shift schedule; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Knowledge of operational control systems (PI System, MES, SAP); **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership, agile reasoning, and decision-making; * Strong communication skills and resilience; * Focus on safety and results, expertise in conflict management; **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
