Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure integrity, availability, and reliability of infrastructure and utilities systems and structures at the Aripuanã Unit by developing, monitoring, and improving technical solutions. * Conduct technical analyses, diagnostics, and recommendations for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal standards, applicable legislation, and engineering best practices. * Plan, monitor, and validate maintenance activities and improvement projects aligned with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and specifications, providing technical and strategic support for management decision-making. * Coordinate interfaces with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and operational areas, ensuring alignment, efficient communication, and safe execution of activities. * Participate in defining priorities and risk assessments, implementing solutions to optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs. * Monitor area performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose actions focused on continuous improvement and increased asset reliability. * Support audits, inspections, and compliance verifications, ensuring adherence to corporate and legal requirements. * Perform administrative duties contributing to the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of assets under management responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Experience with management systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project management experience; * Knowledge/proficiency in SAP and Power BI; * Familiarity with PMBOK, Risk Analysis, Structured Schedules (WBS/EAP), Cost Management, Stakeholder Management; * Experience with PDCA and 5W2H; **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical ability to solve problems. * Planning and organizational skills. * Clear and assertive communication. * Technical leadership. * Data-driven decision-making. * Systemic view of processes and interfaces. * Focus on safety and compliance. * Adaptability to change and challenges. * Strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork collaboration. * Continuous improvement and process reliability orientation. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident being their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
