Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Supervise equipment maintenance activities; * Conduct equipment inspections and diagnostic tests; * Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance activities; * Provide technical leadership for maintenance activities; * Prepare various reports; * Monitor costs and performance of maintenance teams under your responsibility; * Coordinate technical meetings and safety dialogues; * Knowledge of management tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Completed Technical Education (Electromechanical Engineering or related fields); * Knowledge of Drilling, Transportation and Loading Equipment; * Experience in people management; **Preferred qualifications:** * Mechanical Engineering or related fields; **Skills and competencies:** * Leadership * Interpersonal skills **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident being their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
