If you enjoy working with people, tackling challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your Mission Here** Assist operational activities related to controlling Dominalog’s transfer matrix, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main Responsibilities** * Support cargo manifests, pickups, transfers, itinerant routes, and retail deliveries; * Register vehicles and drivers in the internal system, in coordination with approved insurance providers; * Assist in vehicle monitoring processes; * Control and analyze spreadsheets in general, providing data support for internal KPIs; * Support vehicle release processes, invoice verification, and pickup generation. * Act as a guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as a multiplier of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** High school diploma completed; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Aptitude for working with numbers; Organization; Teamwork. **Work Schedule**: To be agreed upon **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with or without deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring – you choose the plan **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby:** special newborn kit available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
