Work involving operational control and monitoring **Position: Monitoring/Fleet Assistant (12x36 Shift)** **Company: Zeh Motoca** Zeh Motoca is looking for committed and attentive professionals to join our monitoring team! **About the position:** We are hiring **2 professionals** for the **12x36 shift**, as follows: * 01 position for the **day shift (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)** * 01 position for the **night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)** **Responsibilities:** * Real-time vehicle monitoring * Route tracking and driver support * Incident recording and system updates * Communication with the operational team * Ensuring compliance with internal procedures **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Good communication skills and sense of responsibility * Attention and agility to handle daily situations **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in monitoring or logistics * Proficiency with systems and technology * **Experience in security or completion of a security guard course** * **Prior experience in monitoring will be an advantage** **Benefits and Additional Information:** * CLT employment contract * **12x36 shift** * **Night shift allowance** for employees working from **6:00 PM to 6:00 AM** * Dynamic work environment and opportunity for growth If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy work involving operational control and monitoring, this position is for you! **Send your resume and join the Zeh Motoca team!** Salary: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
