If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, review, and coordination of architectural projects; * Assist in coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects; * Ensure adherence to established deadlines and quality standards; * Perform modeling and parametrization of projects in a BIM environment; * Support the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and templates; * Contribute to the creation and updating of architectural drawings; * Support the project legalization process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legislation; * Interface with external designers, monitoring deliverables and technical alignment; * Organize and monitor project routines and schedules; * Monitor KPIs and support project performance analysis; * Collaborate with different departments to ensure information integration and coordination; * Support the technical team with information organization and project documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Prior experience in architecture, preferably at the mid-level; * Proficiency in **Revit** and **AutoCAD**; * Knowledge of BIM methodology; * Experience in BIM environment project modeling and coordination; * Knowledge of BIM model parametrization; * Familiarity with applicable technical standards and legislation (Master Plan, Building Code, NBR 15575, NBR 9050\); * Strong organizational skills for projects, routines, and schedules; **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan's table value, with co-payment \- 30%); * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * In-house Physical Exercise Programs \- Functional Training and Running; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program; * Opportunities for internal career growth.
