Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location:** Itabaiana/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise sanitation construction projects (water and sewage networks, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), pipelines, etc.). * Ensure compliance with physical and financial schedules. * Monitor measurements, progress, and performance indicators of construction projects. * Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers. * Develop and review construction execution plans. * Monitor budgets, costs, and financial forecasts (CAPEX). * Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, inspectors, third parties). * Engage with public agencies, concessionaires, communities, and customers. * Participate in strategic meetings and present project status updates. * Support audits and inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Engineering, or related areas. * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * Solid experience in construction management and sanitation concessionaires or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Experience in contract and team management. * Knowledge of construction planning and control (schedules, costs, and indicators).
