Click here to learn more!**Job Description** --------------------- The Product and Process Inspector, focused on the receipt and dispatch of finished goods, is responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's established quality standards before being received into inventory or shipped to customers. This professional plays an essential role in maintaining product quality, traceability, and compliance, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.**Requirements** -------------- Completed High School education; Residency in Varginha/MG; Knowledge in Quality / Logistics / Reverse Logistics is desirable; Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree is desirable.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of finished goods upon receipt, verifying conformity with technical specifications and customer requirements. 2\. Verify transportation and storage conditions at the time of receipt, ensuring material integrity. 3\. Identify, record, and communicate non-conformities to responsible departments (production, supplier, or logistics), monitoring resolution actions when applicable. 4\. Quarantine non-conforming materials per established criteria, ensuring they do not proceed through operational workflows (inbound, picking, and dispatch). 5\. Ensure product traceability through system records and quality control reports. 6\. Conduct final inspection prior to dispatch, evaluating finish, packaging, and other applicable requirements. 7\. Verify product labeling (barcodes, customer identification), ensuring clarity, legibility, and compliance. 8\. Validate correct stacking and loading of cargo, preserving integrity and safety. 9\. Monitor storage and transportation conditions during dispatch. 10\. Perform rework when necessary, in accordance with customer requirements and internal standards. 11\. Address and report ad-hoc customer requests within agreed timelines. 12\. Strictly comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality requirements. 13\. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness per corporate programs.
