The professional will oversee the entire contracting process—from negotiation through service execution—collaborating integrally with construction teams and other involved departments, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to schedules and corporate objectives, as well as preparing supplier performance and cost reports. If you identify with this profile and share Pollo Engenharia’s values, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and analyze the need for service contracting for construction projects; * Prepare, analyze, and negotiate technical scopes and service provision contracts; * Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal cost, schedule, and quality; * Monitor the contracting process, execution, measurements, and contract closure; * Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines, scopes, and contractual terms; * Collaborate integrally with construction, planning, budgeting, and legal teams; * Prepare performance, cost, and supplier evaluation reports. Desired Experience: * Experience in **procurement and service contracting**, specifically in civil construction; * Experience in **vertical and horizontal construction execution**; * Practical knowledge of preparing and negotiating service scopes and contracts; * Knowledge of purchasing processes, measurements, and contractual control; * Ability to negotiate and perform technical and financial analysis; * Preferred experience interfacing with construction teams and managing suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields); * Experience or exposure to procurement, service contracting, and contractual management, preferably within civil construction; * Knowledge of preparing and analyzing technical scopes, contracts, and service measurements; * Proficiency in Excel for control, cost analysis, and report generation; * Familiarity with SIENGE ERP * Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation, and supplier evaluation; * Ability to read and interpret drawings, budgets, and schedules; * Negotiation skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Day OFF * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and the future of cities?
