Maintain an organized inventory and conduct periodic stocktaking Job Description: **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store food supplies, cleaning materials, and utensils according to company standards. * Monitor product expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock rotation. * Conduct periodic stocktaking and maintain an organized and clean inventory. * Record incoming and outgoing items in a system or spreadsheet, ensuring data accuracy. * Support item picking for production and dispatch according to daily demand. * Report discrepancies, losses, or damages to immediate supervision. **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills * Knowledge of food safety and good storage practices. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an inventory clerk/warehouse keeper, preferably in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or food warehouses. * Experience managing inventory in high-volume supply environments. * Proactivity and strong communication skills with the production team. **Benefits:** * Food basket: BRL 260.00 * On-site meals * Bonus * Transportation allowance Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Monthly Salary: BRL 1,762.04 Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
