This professional will be responsible for leading teams, organizing processes, and ensuring the entire operation runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and monitor operational and administrative teams, fostering a high-performance environment; * Plan, organize, and supervise logistics activities (receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping); * Ensure achievement of operational targets, deadlines, and service levels; * Monitor and analyze team and operational performance indicators; * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions; * Promote training, feedback, and continuous employee development; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices; * Work closely with teams to ensure engagement and productivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields); * Experience managing teams in logistics environments; * Knowledge of distribution center processes; * Skills in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
