We are seeking a **Junior Predictive Maintenance Technician** to join our **Reliability Team** in **Lagoa da Prata-MG!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Execute technical preventive and predictive maintenance activities on equipment and facilities, ensuring their reliability and operational availability; * Interpret and follow plant layouts, technical drawings, diagrams, work orders, and operational procedures; * Conduct periodic inspections, data collection, and preliminary performance analysis to identify potential failures, anomalies, or deviations; * Use appropriate measurement instruments, tools, and equipment to ensure accuracy in activities and recorded data; * Support failure diagnosis and propose corrective or improvement actions jointly with the team; * Assist in meeting maintenance schedules, helping control costs, deadlines, and optimize resources; * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes by suggesting improvements and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Maintenance or related fields; * Prior experience in the role is a plus; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Residency in Lagoa da Prata, Arcos, or Japaraíba. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
