Providing employee support regarding salaries and benefits **Main Responsibilities of this Role:** * Calculating and verifying payroll, vacation pay, 13th salary, and employment termination settlements. * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Monitoring and closing electronic time records, hour banks, and medical certificates. * Submitting information and preparing social contribution forms (FGTS, INSS). * Providing employee support and addressing inquiries related to salaries, benefits, and documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate degree in HR, Administration, or Accounting (preferred); * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR department routines (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with payroll systems (preferred); * Organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and proactive.
