




Job Summary: The Construction Coordinator ensures comprehensive execution, management, and monitoring of construction projects, guiding teams and guaranteeing quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety. The Construction Coordinator ensures project execution by validating and monitoring the physical schedule, utilizing flow lines and physical progress cycles, in coordination with site analysts and assistants. Manages the entire project comprehensively, overseeing construction execution, guiding teams on execution procedures and construction techniques, aiming for full compliance with design documents and specifications, while meeting expected quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategic Contract Management: Supervise and control construction and material contracts, ensuring budget adherence and cost optimization. * Cost Analysis and Composition: Prepare accurate budgets by analyzing internal consumption indices and market prices, ensuring project financial viability. * Collaboration with Procurement Department: Provide detailed technical and commercial information to support supplier negotiations and secure optimal purchasing terms. * Production Planning and Control: Define monthly production targets and implement strategies to achieve them, optimizing resource and workforce allocation. * Integrated Operational Management: Coordinate production teams (e.g., site supervisors, foremen), ensuring efficient supply of materials and equipment to meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Financial and Budgetary Management: Monitor cash flow, forecast expenditures, and control project budgeting to ensure project financial health. * Occupational Safety Assurance: Implement and supervise safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment and preventing accidents. * Quality and PBQP\-H Management: Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements of the Brazilian Program for Habitat Quality and Productivity (PBQP\-H). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * Experience in MCMV (My House, My Life) program is desirable * Experience in structural masonry, cost management, and people management is desirable * Experience in construction coordination (at least 2 full project cycles, from start to completion) * Strategic vision and data analysis capability At Vitta, our mission is clear: **to fulfill dreams and transform people's lives.** In 10 years, we have become part of many people’s stories—whether clients who achieved homeownership or colleagues sharing our drive to innovate.
