Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production from fiber receipt through intermediate storage; perform process adjustments; operate defibrator and dryer; prepare additives and control tanks; carry out area maintenance and cleaning per 5S standards; uphold SGI requirements and record PMI data; * Ensure compliance with SGI (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), 5S, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Monitor the fiberization and gluing processes to ensure product quality and equipment efficiency; * Conduct basic field inspections, prioritizing items from the “field monitoring checklist”; complete area reports; * Monitor the glue spray system, cleaning or replacing nozzles as required; * Replace refiner discs and clean fiberization and gluing equipment during scheduled shutdowns; * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor; * Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Clean and organize the work area; * Notify maintenance and supervision immediately upon encountering electrical or mechanical issues on the production line. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residence in Uberaba, MG; * Industrial technical training is a plus. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
