Every day, we strive to grow together, demonstrate ownership mindset, and work with excellence. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Participate in performance review meetings and report performance analyses; * Assess raw material and finished goods inventory levels, identifying items requiring replenishment or excess stock; * Attend meetings with production, sales, and logistics teams to discuss forecasted demand, necessary adjustments, and daily priorities; * Support material and inventory management, as well as updating operational procedures; * Assist in assigning employees to workstations and ensuring compliance with standards; * Prepare work schedules, manage time banks, and support employee training; * Follow and guide instructions on Safety, Health, and Environmental Sustainability; * Ensure product quality and analyze process control points; * Review previous day’s performance reports, such as inventory levels, production efficiency, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; * Yellow Belt certification is desirable; * Effective communication and teamwork skills; * English and/or Spanish proficiency is desirable.
