Learn more about this opportunity and submit your application!** **Your Role:** We are looking for a **Mechanic III** to perform high-complexity mechanical maintenance activities in the Harvesting area, contributing to equipment reliability, operational safety, and dissemination of best maintenance practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Learn more about your activities:** * Diagnose failures and perform repairs on **mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems**. * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance**, as per established schedules. * Perform complex mechanical interventions, serving as a technical reference for less experienced mechanics. * Interpret **technical manuals, specifications, engineering drawings, and metrology fundamentals**, with proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools. * Use specialized diagnostic tools and complete reports, check\-lists, and activity logs. * Support field execution of planned activities, helping meet deadlines and quality standards. * Guide and promote the concept of “maintenance technician” among mechanics and maintenance operators. * Assist in analyzing recurring and non-recurring breakdowns, proposing practical solutions to mitigate or eliminate failures. * Perform tasks involving **oxy\-cutting, welding, drilling, grinding, milling, and polishing**. * Operate mobile workshops (light and heavy vehicles). * Maintain machines, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring proper signage in maintenance areas. * Serve as a **wildfire fighter**, when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * **Completed High School Education** * **Technical Education preferred**, in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (completed or in progress) * **Proven experience** in **mechanical maintenance and/or fleet and harvesting machinery maintenance** * Experience in **complex mechanical interventions** and field service * Experience as a **technical reference**, guiding lower-level mechanics * Residence in Romaria, Estrela do Sul, or Dolearina * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category C or D. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal and food allowance (on-site); Gympass; Free shuttle transportation for employees; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Emotional, social, financial, legal counseling and incident support (ACOLHER Program); Pharmacy discount plan (optional); Private pension plan (optional); Life insurance (optional); Discounts on Dexco products (Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Ceusa, Durafloor…); Discounts on SESI / MG schools; Discounts on technical courses, undergraduate, graduate, master’s, and doctoral programs at various institutions; Discounts on clubs and water parks; * And much more! **Apply now to our selection process. Located in the Triângulo Mineiro region, between the municipalities of Araguari and Indianópolis, the factory has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons and will use raw material sourced exclusively from 100% certified forests. Forest areas utilized by the company will feature robust monitoring and protection infrastructure. All soluble cellulose produced will be exported to Lenzing factories, where it will be transformed into low-environmental-impact fibers for use in yarns and textiles for clothing, as well as other applications such as wet wipes, facial masks, and hygiene products.
