Located in the Triângulo Mineiro region, between the municipalities of Araguari and Indianópolis, the factory has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons and will use raw material sourced exclusively from 100% certified forests. Forest areas utilized by the company will feature robust monitoring and protection infrastructure. All soluble cellulose produced will be exported to Lenzing factories, where it will be transformed into low-environmental-impact fibers for use in yarns and textiles for clothing, as well as other applications such as wet wipes, facial masks, and hygiene products.
