Works in risk and incident prevention, monitoring, and response, ensuring physical and corporate security. Supports business continuity and operational integrity, strengthening institutional resilience and protection. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Data Engineer Manager, you will work in the Data Analysis and Modeling area, with primary responsibilities including: * Leading the data engineering function—defining strategies, priorities, and technological direction for building and evolving data products, analytical platforms, and artificial intelligence capabilities; * Managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of scalable, resilient, and governed solutions while promoting integration among data engineering, analytical modeling, strategy, business, and technology teams; * Defining roadmaps, prioritizing requests, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring data quality, availability, and security, as well as driving technological modernization initiatives and cloud architecture adoption; * Serving as the reference point for data platform evolution—promoting governance, observability, data quality, and operational excellence—to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and organizational scalability requirements. **Work Model** Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP or Curitiba – PR **Profile We Seek** We value professionals who deeply understand customers, collaborate closely with partners, and transform knowledge into impactful outcomes. Ideal candidates demonstrate ownership mindset, consistent execution, results orientation, continuous growth, knowledge sharing, and use of technology to turn challenges into meaningful business solutions. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, defining architecture and engineering standards, developing technological roadmaps, implementing data governance, and leading modernization and transformation initiatives for cloud environments is essential; * Advanced knowledge of data architecture, Data Lakehouse, large-scale data pipelines, data quality, observability, DataOps, data integration, governance, and operational efficiency of analytical platforms is required; * Expected tools and technologies: Databricks, Azure Cloud, SQL, Power BI, data integration and processing platforms, code versioning tools such as GitHub.
