Works in risk and incident prevention, monitoring, and response, ensuring physical and corporate security. Supports business continuity and operational integrity, strengthening institutional resilience and protection. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Data Engineer Expert, you will work in the Data Analysis and Modeling area, with the following key responsibilities: * Design, evolve, and guide the implementation of scalable data pipelines and data products on Databricks, ensuring solution quality, governance, observability, and performance; * Serve as a technical reference in defining standards, architectures, and best practices for Data Engineering in a Lakehouse environment, supporting architectural decisions, optimization of distributed processing, and platform capability evolution; * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, modeling, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable data for Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and data product initiatives; mentor professionals, disseminate technical knowledge, and support large-scale adoption of DataOps, governance, and operational efficiency practices. **Work Model** Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **Profile We Seek** We value individuals who deeply understand customers, collaborate effectively, and transform knowledge into impactful outcomes. Professionals with an owner’s mindset, consistent execution, results orientation, continuous growth, willingness to share learnings, and the ability to leverage technology to turn challenges into relevant business solutions. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proven experience with Databricks, Spark, and Lakehouse architecture; * Experience defining and evolving scalable data architectures, building and optimizing end-to-end pipelines in high-volume environments, analytical data modeling, and governance; * Advanced proficiency in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakeflow), Python, and SQL; * Integration experience with cloud services (Azure and/or AWS).
