Join Betha and help us transform public sector management in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop complex solutions autonomously, considering impact on user experience; * Review peers’ code, promoting best practices and technical quality; * Apply AI to optimize development workflows, improve performance, and accelerate deliveries; * Contribute to defining project-level technical and architectural standards, ensuring consistency across solutions; * Participate in requirements analysis and solution architecture, anticipating potential technical challenges; * Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems and propose viable solutions; * Ensure adherence to strategy, quality, and security of delivered software; * Support teams in resolving technical issues and integrating systems; * Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices; * Support technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Knowledge. * Knowledge of AI-Augmented Software Engineering; * Experience integrating cognitive services and foundation models (LLMs); * Solid foundation in programming logic and applied mathematics; * Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, including error analysis, troubleshooting, and code debugging; * Knowledge of programming best practices, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Clean Code, Design Patterns, and reactive programming; * Experience with code versioning using Git, GitHub, or GitLab; * Experience with project management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK); * Knowledge of User Experience (UX), including usability, accessibility, and information architecture; * Familiarity with information security (cryptography, authentication, OAuth, OWASP Top 10); * Experience with software quality, including unit testing, code review, and static analysis; * Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Mockito, and Testcontainers; * Ability to analyze trade-offs and optimize non-functional requirements, such as cost and performance; * Knowledge of requirements engineering and software modeling (elicitation, UML, specification); * Experience with backend architectures such as DDD, Microservices, Event-Driven, CQRS, Hexagonal, and Clean Architecture; * Knowledge of frontend architectures such as MVC, MVVM, SPA, and Microfrontends; * Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy systems while ensuring safe changes; * Development of web and mobile applications with responsive and adaptive interfaces; * Experience developing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, Swagger, Postman); * Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, Micronaut, and Quarkus; * Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, and StencilJS; * Experience with system integration, including messaging (SQS, SNS, JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka); * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python; * Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, HTTP, WebSocket); * Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway); * Knowledge of process automation (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python); * Experience with containers (Docker, Docker Compose); * Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using tools such as GitLab CI, Terraform, and Liquibase; * Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, New Relic, CloudWatch); * Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/K8s, Docker Swarm, Mesos, Helm); * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of Big Data solutions (AWS Glue, Trino, Iceberg, Parquet, Spark, Hadoop); * Knowledge of performance practices, including database tuning, caching, and scalability. **Additional Information** Learn about Betha’s approach to caring for Betthers: Innovative Environment: Here, you’ll be part of a workplace that values innovation, creativity, and excellence; Professional Development: You’ll have opportunities for professional development and continuous training to grow and stand out; Recognition: Your work will be valued, with competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package. 14 consecutive years holding the GPTW certification, recognized as one of the best companies to work for.
