Join Betha and help us transform public sector management in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement features according to technical specifications, ensuring they meet user requirements; * Write clean, company-standard-compliant code to facilitate maintenance and future enhancements; * Perform unit testing and bug fixes, ensuring correct software functionality; * Collaborate with the team in developing solutions, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery; * Document code and development processes to ensure traceability and clarity; * Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and support team efficiency; * Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices; * Follow company security and compliance standards; * Support maintenance of existing systems, ensuring operational continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
