Develop improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational conditions, reducing utility and raw material consumption, lowering accident risks, etc.; 2. Prepare execution schedules for each project to ensure activities are carried out as planned; 6. Identify specific suppliers for each type of project or for supply of new machinery and equipment to resolve, with quality, the scopes defined by the company; 8. Conduct technical visits to other companies to assess benefits and feasibility of acquiring new equipment for the company; 9. Prepare and keep CAPEX project schedules updated. 10. Report monthly, per established standards, on the progress of approved and authorized CAPEX projects. 11. Prepare “as-built” documentation after project implementation to maintain historical records of pre- and post-implementation conditions, supporting the deployment of new structures within the company. 12. Use SAP software to issue RCs, track purchase orders, and manage financial control of available project budgets. 13. Prepare and present project management reports including physical and financial schedule status, variances, containment actions, etc. 14. Jointly assess, with the Controlling Department, project savings and calculate Payback and IRR. 15. Perform project risk analyses and develop action plans for mitigation. 16.
