We seek a **Scaffolding Erector** who is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, and who works with focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in representing PLAMONT. **Position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Perform tasks according to schedule; * Assemble and dismantle tubular and frame scaffolds; * Assist in transferring materials and equipment; * Assist in performing related tasks; * Request and return materials or tools from the central warehouse; * Verify whether helpers and/or assistants are performing tasks correctly; * After task completion, collect tools and store them in the project’s own container or return them to the internal warehouse; * Perform housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S activities, assist warehouse, SESMT, and administrative staff, distribute PPE, and file documents; * Operate aerial work platforms; * Assist in loading and unloading materials transported by vehicles equipped with cargo bodies; * At the end of each workday, assist in cleaning and organizing the work area; * Comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QHSE), administrative, and client procedures, observe defined responsibilities therein, and maintain records per the Integrated Management System requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous professional development and career growth.
