We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment—and one of your key missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage total condominium expenses and budget—from planning and monitoring to ensuring full compliance; * Lead and develop the direct operations team (Analysts, Assistants, and Interns) and indirect third-party teams (General Quality, Maintenance, and Parking), including delegation, planning, and evaluation of service delivery quality and team development; * Develop action plans and activity schedules to meet operational needs, as well as monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, cleaning team schedules, and unit supply management; * Capex/Opex management; * Management of tenant construction projects and internal improvements; * Operational and budgetary management of parking-related expenses and revenues—including preparation of managerial forecasts; * Monitor and support negotiations of contracts and legal documents for third-party service providers at the unit; * Ensure compliance with the Quality and Excellence Program processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in facilities management, shopping centers, hospitals, logistics warehouses, or similar environments.
