**Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:48 PM, Monday to Friday Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and verify shipments with carriers. * Organize storage areas and oversee the storage of new parts. * Store materials according to identification, either manually or through the WMS system upon receipt. * Comply with and ensure compliance with all department rules and procedures, whether written or verbal. * Dispatch and receive correspondence and packages, both at receiving and shipping points. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and functional environment. * Participate in physical inventories when necessary, assisting in identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Properly store materials, ensuring correct placement within the warehouse. * Pick materials according to orders issued by the sales department (Supply or Counter), via WMS system or manually, ensuring on-time shipment. * Perform physical and fiscal inspection of incoming and outgoing materials, including nature of operation (receiving and shipping, as applicable). * Work with the Logistics Coordinator to resolve any transportation issues or carrier problems. * Solve any issues related to material picking. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma * Availability to work in Serra/ES * Availability to work the following shift: 1:00 PM to 10:48 PM, Monday to Friday * Mandatory previous experience in the role * Knowledge of WMS system will be considered a plus Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2,000.00 - BRL 2,350.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
