Active participation in development and innovation We are seeking a Software Architect to work in a hybrid capacity across technical pre-sales and project execution. The professional will participate in technical discussions with clients to gather requirements, evaluate implementation options, and develop technical-commercial proposals. During periods not engaged in pre-sales activities, they will actively contribute to projects by providing architectural guidance, development support, technical assistance, and team mentoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical pre-sales and client relationship management; * Actively participate in technical pre-sales discussions with prospective clients to gather requirements; * Identify implementation options and support selection of optimal solutions, considering required schedule and quality level; * Develop technical-commercial proposals; * Negotiate critical technical aspects with clients; * Identify resource needs (hardware, software, personnel) and training requirements aligned with proposed solutions; * Communicate with internal and external partners to clarify doubts and obtain necessary technical information for solutions. **Software Architecture and Development:** * Define and propose software architectures for various projects, ensuring architectural quality of solutions; * Lead discussions and decisions affecting architecture and design, evaluating alternatives, pros, cons, and future project impacts; * Actively participate in software development for new products and applications, recommending process, performance, and efficiency improvements. Implement source code meeting functional and non-functional requirements (robustness, portability, security, maintainability), adhering to software engineering best practices; * Implement or adapt existing requirements based on changes in software or hardware platforms. **Technical Support and Team Mentoring:** * Support the technical team in resolving critical, high-complexity issues through code analysis, technical standards review, and technology research; * Guide and technically supervise other developers, promoting good coding practices (clarity, maintainability, robustness); * Serve as a technical reference, clarifying questions regarding concepts and requirement implementation; * Guide the team in analyzing software defects (bugs), identifying root causes, and defining fixes; * Define technical training scope and support managers in identifying team upskilling needs; **Technical Documentation and Communication:** * Prepare technical documentation covering requirements, implementation details, concepts used, and test cases for validation; * Generate technical reports and presentations tailored to each audience, including executive reports for management; * Share relevant information about new requirements with testing teams, project managers, and other stakeholders; * Actively participate in English-language meetings—both in-person and remote—leading technical discussions and decisions. **Risk and Process Management:** * Assess risks throughout the project (e.g., implementation delays, tool failures) and communicate them to leads and managers; * Analyze change requests from internal and external clients, evaluating technical feasibility, source code impact, and overall change implications; * Provide technical support to project managers in scope analysis, risk assessment, estimation, and strategic planning; * Support managers in defining and optimizing team processes based on workflow analysis and performance outcomes. **Innovation:** * Propose new ideas and participate in innovation initiatives, including patent proposal submissions. * Coordinate reviews to avoid infringement of third-party patents. * Monitor technological trends related to the technical domains of projects. * Other Activities: Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and general project tasks, following HR and management guidelines. * Participate in domestic and/or international business travel representing the team in knowledge transfer activities. * Occasionally serve jointly as instructor and mentor in educational training programs offered online and live, with strong emphasis on practical application and real-world market examples. **As Instructor:** * Structure course syllabus and duration; * Prepare teaching materials using the official template; * Deliver interactive lectures; * Demonstrate tools and concepts applied to the field; * Record attendance and assess students on grades, attendance, and soft skills; * Consolidate and submit final grade reports to coordination. **As Mentor:** * Conduct student mentoring sessions; * Hold periodic follow-up meetings; * Monitor student participation and engagement; * Guide students in resolving projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced communication skills to fully understand client requirement requests and effectively transfer technical knowledge to the team; * Software and solution architecture definition; * Systemic view of problems and processes; * High creativity and initiative for innovative ideas and solutions; * Personal organization to perform work quickly and efficiently; Required * Advanced knowledge of programming languages, as well as software analysis and implementation; * Advanced knowledge of algorithms and programming design patterns; * Proficiency in writing technical documentation;
