Job Summary: Lead the development and execution of complex substation projects, ensuring compliance with standards and serving as advanced technical support for the team. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in complex substation and electrical panel projects. 2. Advanced technical support and team training. 3. Strategic collaboration with the Commercial department. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and execution of complex substation projects, ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and engineering criteria. * Critically analyze the performance of systems and panels, identifying interferences and implementing high-performance solutions. * Accurately size and specify equipment for power generation, distribution, and transmission. * Provide advanced technical support (internal and external) and deliver training to the team on highly complex projects. * Collaborate strategically with the Commercial department on technical sizing and feasibility assessments for new projects and contracts. * Conduct technical supervision of construction works, acting as the focal point for clarifying doubts and proposing engineering improvements. * Ensure full adherence to schedules, safety regulations, code of ethics, and quality standards. * Exercise technical authority to suspend activities upon detection of systemic failures, immediately reporting to senior management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in the sector. * **Expert-level proficiency in CAD software and extensive expertise in electrical control panel projects**.
