This professional will be responsible for executing and verifying labor-related routines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the company's internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Process payroll (calculations, statutory charges, and verifications) * Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation control * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.) * Monitor and apply labor and social security legislation * Manage electronic time tracking and hour bank * Submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.) * Support employees by addressing inquiries * Assist in labor audits and inspections **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in Payroll Department * Knowledge of labor legislation * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with systems such as TOTVS, Domínio, or Senior * Knowledge of eSocial and labor compliance routines Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
